The Geronimo-principles saw the light of day many years ago on a Wednesday, never mind how long ago. Production Assistant intern Jasper Moeyaert en cameraman Emanuel Vanderjeugd got talking on set and started making early but ambitious plans. A few years later, they decided to make the big jump, and started up their own company.
No balls, no glory, that’s the motto. Geronimo grew out to be a successful independent television production company, nominated not once, but twice already for an International Emmy Award of Television Arts & Sciences. Making exceptional television programs, stylistically cinematic fiction projects and advertising campaigns and commercials that move people is what Geronimo is all about.
Over the years, Geronimo gained a lot of experience abroad on adventurous exploits. Adventure is in our DNA. We aim to make every project as interesting as possible for our audience. We think one step ahead, and go beyond where others give up. You see this in all our work, whether it’s flying a 35-year-old Cessna to Congo or presenting a message from the government about the millennium goals. Rock ’n Roll is part of our philosophy to ensure we never get old nor boring. The Geronimo-adventure has been one hell of a ride since the beginning and we’ve only just begun!
